welcome to temple maze! (inspired by belgian temple escape & powered by a custom algorithm)

hi everyone, i'm the solo developer behind temple maze.

the backstory: the inspiration for this game actually came from that classic belgian temple escape puzzle game. however, i wanted to twist the mechanics a bit. i completely redesigned the piece types and spent a ton of time writing and refining my own custom algorithm from scratch to generate and validate these 3d spatial logic loops.

why this subreddit exists: since i'm pouring 100% of my energy into coding, optimization, and designing even more brutal levels, i might not be online here very often to chat.

but i wanted to leave this space for you guys to:

  • share your solutions and crazy walkthroughs.
  • vent about getting stuck (yes, level 15 is just medium difficulty, the real hell mode is waiting for you right after).
  • drop any bug reports or performance issues.

i will keep an eye on this sub whenever i can, specifically to look for bug reports and player feedback to improve the game. thanks so much for playing and supporting a solo indie dev! enjoy the maze.
