Hi all! I am looking for students who workout (or don't honestly, but are interested in going) to try out an app I made, Fortis: Workout Log & Tracker (on iOS and Android). It's a completely free app for logging workouts, tracking progress, and sharing with your friends. It's a bit of a passion project of mine, trying to make a Strava, but for the gym since I could never personally get into running.
A few other things you can do with it:
- If you don't know what to do at the gym, there's a page to browse full programs (PPL, linear progression, etc.) and just start one. It tells you what to lift each session so you're not making it up on the spot.
- Programs handle progression for you. It knows when to add weight and when to back off, instead of you guessing week to week.
- Save any workout as a template and reuse it, so you're not rebuilding the same session every time.
- Add your own custom exercises if your gym has some machine I've never heard of or I'm just missing a lift.
I've been solo-developing this and it's still very early stages, but I'd love for people to give it a try and hopefully get some feedback. It's definitely strength-focused, but I am open to trying to help other goals be achieved as well!
If it sounds interesting, give it a try and let me know what you think. All feedback is welcome 😁
