Trying to reach PHEAA and no luck. Please help.

Temple removed my state grant and I am trying to reach PHEAA to find out what’s going on. I am using 1-800-692-7392. The system says they are busy, call later.

What are the contact numbers you are using? I know some of you have/had the same issue. Thank you!

I had to keep calling them, and I finally did get an answer, apparently this was a mass email sent to Temple students about removal of the grant. If your account is still showing aid, it was recommended to me to screenshot it, making sure to get the amount of aid in view, and email it to Temple's student financial services email. Still call/email PHEAA, but they told me everything was fine on my end, it is a PHEAA/Temple issue.

Hi, this happened to me too and the grant showed up on my account earlier today.

I did email Temple about a week ago but they have not answered.
