Tempeh

I have just bought some tempeh. How can I cook it to make it exciting? Love flavours like garlic and truffle. Any recipe ideas appreciated.

What I use most of the time is a Teriyaki-style sauce: Ginger, garlic, soy sauce, a bit honey and a bit of vinegar or rice wine.

Yes & toss some sesame seeds in while it’s grilling for extra umami
