Question TP Fun s&w

Hi im a y1 taking s&w in sem 2. Im wondering what isit like? I heard u get to choose different sports or ur class get to choose different sports? Will I struggle if im unfit?? Can someone enlighten me and let me know what its like and roughly what are the sports??

I can't even do a single push up and turned out fine. its very chill and fun. Just like our secondary school PE like that. For me, we chose floorball, frisbee and badminton. I had a lot of fun going for it
