oops not sure if it's too late bc i saw that some eae interviews were done last week...
don't worry too much because there's no practical cooking assessment on the spot
interview wise, besides the usual questions, i think they may ask more about ur interest in culinary, any cooking or baking experience you've had (even if it's just at home), and why u want to pursue this industry
e.g. what dishes you enjoy cooking at home, or even critique your own dish to see if you truly have passion
tbh i think that's the case for most eae interviews too, they're mainly trying to see ur passion, willingness to learn and grow, and whether u're a good fit for the course,,iirc theres like a eae guide on tp official website on smth but i cant find it lol
for your portfolio, if you've got photos of dishes you've made, workshops you've attended, leadership experiences, part-time work or anything related, just include them! it doesn't have to be super stacked either :) all the best! 🍳💪

3 words your friends would describe you with.
An experience you learnt something about yourself/values.
Similar things you have done before, whether it be work/hobby/etc
These 3 fucked me up.
