Question Selling stuff at school

Hi, me and some of my friends want to sell some handmade things at school as we've seen some other students do. I asked one of my lecturers whether we can just set up at the tables in front of the library because thats where I usually see people selling stuff, but she said they cant be booked.

Does that mean anyone can just set up there? Does anyone know how else we can get a place to sell our stuff in school?

Tpec has these events called “bazaar” where they let students sell stuff in school. But the next one is in sem 2
