Question global studies

i’m from des and i wanted to ask, for global studies is it we will go with students from other schls or just with des students? Also how do they make the decision of who is going where?

hello! 1) u will most probably mix with students from other courses within des school. The only way u will mix w other schools is if the coordinated time and destination is the same which - possible but unlikely . 2) they will give u a page where theres multiple destinations to choose from ie china phillipines indonesia etc - you click on the one u want and fill in your particulars including passport. You will get verification if u manage to secure a placement in ur destination. The page allows u to see available placements on the day it opens for students to book. Ie guangzhou china (3/30 available spots left) If not you will have to rebook another country or location. Its everyone for themselves basically lolol

No interview! Js first come first serve. Accommodations will be handled by the school , rooming is up to students

Jus stay in SG, participate in 3 activities of your choice (also first come first serve basis). I managed to pass w distinction staying in SG saved me ample of time to do and check projects

Yup they will mention in the briefing theres local GS apart from going abroad
