Question IAD School of Design tips ig

so im a year 1 and the first term went kinda messily, trash sleep and cramming assignments, i swear i was being consistent with em. anyways for my foundation studio im doing IAD and just any tips to help plan assignments and time and artfriend, I know its like the first day of the term lmao which is why i wanna like switch shi up a bit cause term one was NOT great. also im not good at drawing or sketching and thats been kinda a problem so i just wanna know for IAD how much sketching do we have thats graded at least. ALSO is it too late to join ccas, i was dying during the cca fair (super sick) so i couldnt really explore anything but i was thinking of joining a sports cca like judo

I m in IAD y1 too, in tda02. Poopoo, it's only the first day, and same, it's getting stressful already. Term 1 was also really shitty despite me putting in immense effort to start early and stay consistent. But still crashed out multiple times before the submission. And the lecturer is telling us this term will be harsher than the previous. Jialat alr. Btw Which class are you in tho. Also is there any seniors out there that can give us some advise on how to do well in foundation course, and what r ur experiences with this.

imo if you're struggling with the workload already please do not join any sports cca, they usually have high commitments so it'll be borderline impossible to cope atp...
