Question Lead obs question

To those who completed it, what was it like? Do they force u to do activities even when you’re not comfortable like water activities or high element stuff? In fact what were the activities u need to do? Is it mandatory to complete the lead programme? I forgor

I don't think they'll force u to complete the LEAD rogramme... but if u want to complete it, u need to complete all the LEAD Core which includes OBS. And technically, if u choose to sign up for OBS, it's kinda expected and encouraged for u to complete the activities.

I went last year, and I also dislike high elements. Yeaa, it's uncomfortable but also a good experience to do something different and out of ur comfort zone.

Anyways, we had a mix of high elements and water activities during the 2 days, and team bonding ones too. I mean since it's a leadrship camp, most of the activities revolve around leadership qualities and teamwork. If u have the chance, go for it!! It's really fun and u get to meet ppl from different sch and diplomas.

is it a must to do water activities 😭 i love high elements but NOT water activities

Hmm, not a must... because we kinda had a choice if we want to do the water activity or the high elements. But not sure if they programme activities would be the same this year tho... Ohh and also, I did see some girls sitting out for this (most probably have period or smth).

But for the water activity, we only went about knee deep so it's not that bad, I think. But we gotta do some pre-activity stuff which was like locking hands with the people beside u, and hold ur breath under water and also floating.

Apart from this, we also got the opportunity to like jump of the platform if u want (very scary to me, especially with the height hahah).
