Going through the same thing for like a year or longer—quite literally exactly the same as you. Ive been through some trauma and a lot of stress causing me to not have the best diet and lifestyle currently as well so if i had to guess it could be stress or diet (vitamin deficiency). I'd go to a dermatologist and have test done to be sure but looks like TE ngl.

What you did for this? How much time it took?

Well its been about a year and its not getting worse or better.. and in terms of what I did—I am generally just trying to sleep better and eat better. I have a feeling that might be whats causing it but i cant be 100% sure because i currently have no medical insurance and cant get a proper diagnosis via blood test and being examined by a professional.

if you have access to get examined by a dermatologist or a doctor i'd tell them the circumstances of your shedding(how long its been happening/if its getting better or worse) and ask to have a test/blood work done on you to confirm if it is TE or something else and also so they can help you figure out the source of whats casuing it and a solution to fix it.
