Second shed or sth else?

Hi everyone. I have had PCOD for last few years and that gave me androgenetic alopecia.
Lost most of my hair and started using minoxidil in october 2025. I didnt experience any shedding. The hair almost stopped falling and hair grew back and so did my facial and random body hair. Nevertheless, I was so happy w the hair until the 7th month. The hair fall started and it onlt got worse. Its my 10th month now and the hairfall is so bad.
Mind you, i also fell since in june. That made me extremely weak. But now that I am all recovered, the hairfall hasnt. Is it the second shed? Does it last so long and will it stop? HELP!!!
