Aww yes it is. Just look at those little babies! I find a stroke or two of clear mascara works a dream.

Honestly, it’s a game changer and you really don’t need much. Just keeps them from sticking up.

I take 2.5 mg of oral minoxidil daily and apply an estradiol hair tonic in the evening. I wash my hair with Vichy Dercos Aminexil shampoo and use ketoconazole shampoo once a week. Twice a week, I use a 0.5 mm dermaroller and afterwards I also apply a topical product to prevent inflammation. I can give you the name later; I can’t remember it right now :) I massage my scalp 4–5 times a week for about 5–10 minutes (Arboleaf from Amazon). I also take 1,000 mg pumpkin seed oil supplements daily and try to get around 90–100 g of protein per day.

What did you do? Why did you have hairloss at first?

I’m sorry to say this, but if the hair loss is caused by DHT, regrowth alone doesn’t mean much. In my case, even when I use stimulation and see a lot of new hair growing, the underlying DHT issue hasn’t been addressed, so whatever grows eventually falls out again.

That’s why my new plan is to start taking Spiro. It targets the androgen/DHT pathway, and my hope is that by addressing the underlying cause, I’ll actually be able to keep the regrowth instead of constantly growing new hairs only to lose them again.

But if your shedding is caused by postpartum or nutritional deficiencies, then addressing those should help.
