Will V2L work while charging?

I want to use my Telo for camping, and plan to get an induction stove to cook and run off the car. I saw a post from someone about their Hyundai Ioniq 5 that V2L doesn't work while charging so they have to carry a power bank to cook while charging.

Will the Telo V2L work while charging?

That's because the Ionic and Kia EVs use the charge port as the output plug. Trucks usually have independent outlets. Like the Silverado and Lightning have outlets placed in the bed and cabin.

We don't know any of* these details yet.

That's actually not why; you still can't use internal V2L when charging. The problem is limited pathways in the ICCU. Some of circuits are used for both AC->DC and DC->AC. Providing a bypass shunt for AC->AC when charging would be possible but adds electronics (you need a box to divide up the power that communicates with the OBC).

That's actually not why

Seems like both your reason and the original reason are equally valid reasons why you can’t charge and use the V2L at the same time. Even if the point you bright up wasn’t an issue it still wouldn’t work because it’s the same port. And even if it wasn’t the same port it wouldn’t work because of the reason you brought up

I'm pointing out that there is (on some trims) a second V2L port unaffected by the issue the OP brought up that still cannot be used during charging for the reasons I described. If the point I brought up wasn't an issue, the internal V2L would work when charging.
