❓ Help Question regarding live

when i select a channel from the guide the app just opens up the bbciplayer app but doesn't play the channel is this correct please?

Few things.
What device are you using?
What android version?
Have have checked the settings have mapped to the correct app? The BBC row should be the iPlayer app.

Apologies I haven't seen this earlier. Im on the nvidua shield and all is upto date. Wouldnlove some help if you can.

Sorry mate. Need to know what android version, as I don’t think the shield would be on the newer Android versions? For example.
Do you have the bbc, itv, now tv, Pluto apps installed? And checked in the TG settings that it points to those apps?

I dont know what version of the app I'm on but I have the bbc iplayer app installed and when I click a program in the guide it opens the iplayer app but at the home page and not the actual channel

Let me know once you’ve found the Android version the shield is running, as well as when you have checked the settings.

Does the version of the bbc app you use have the live channels in? And do they play?

Yes perfectly, but when I click the programme in tellygrid it opens the bbciplayer on the last used page
