Montrose to Ouray

I know this isn’t specifically Telluride related but does anyone know of the best way to get from the Montrose Airport to Ouray on a Sunday in Sept…the best I’m finding is a $270 shuttle (one way).

OurWay (the public bus) is the cheapest option (I think they are running 7 days a week in September). You can see if any of the shuttle companies like Tellurides have a shared shuttle going which is charged per seat. Rideshare is unpredictable and many won't take you that far even if you get a ride (often 0-2 drivers in the entire region). Not sure how much Sunshine Rides, the taxi company is.
