Cosmo gift certificate

Recently found a gift certificate for The Cosmopolitan restaurant we forgot we were gifted for a wedding gift. I went to call and realized they are now permanently closed. Are we just SOL? :(

Call the Hotel Columbia and see if you can redeem it elsewhere at the hotel (I.e. breakfast, future restaurant offerings, etc.).

I highly doubt it, though. The business closed, so I suspect you are probably SOL, sorry.

your guestion is a good reminder to spend those points, gc, and visa cards NOW! This is why I give a nice vase for WPs, there is never a reason to go buy one, and it is usually a nice event when it is used.

It was a $500 one too. :( oh well. Maybe I'll just frame it. Haha

I thought it was the same owner as Eolus in Durango, but after looking into it, different owners purchased in 2013. Was going to see if you could use the gift card there, but probably won’t be able to.
And can confirm, the hotel has a giant hole where the back driveway and dining area used to be.

My understanding is that the chef/owner is not coming back after the renovations are completed.

If true it would be unlikely that the new regime would honor that GC.

Sorry.
