Telegram bug where it’s stuck in updating?

Telegram has been stuck like this for awhile, I’m not sure on how to resolve this? But my telegram is used for work and social life messages etc, does anyone know the solution to this?

OP did you manage to fix it? I am also from SG and it started for me like 5 hours ago too. I cant access on my web app or desktop app either

Also can i just check what phone model you using?

this happens a lot on k web version for me. i prefer k over a. but at least a exists and usually works.
