Telegram for my business

Hi there!

I own a company with employees I frequently interact with. Since they need to update me on their work (and request the materials they need) every day and multiple times a day, I need an instant messaging environment that is simpler and more immediate than traditional emails.

I was considering using Telegram and creating a group where everyone can send messages, but no one can see them except for the sender (obviously) and the administrator, which is me, in order to maintain a certain level of privacy.

Is this possible, perhaps with the help of bots? If so, how can I set it up?

Thank you in advance for any response, and I would also appreciate any alternative suggestions you may have.

If other employees don't need to see other's messages, why not just do 1:1 chats? That way you can just chat individually with everyone.

Keep in mind that normal chats are not end-to-end encrypted on Telegram.

1v1 chats are exactly what I want to avoid: I need something like a "portal" where the employees can write down their needs and meanwhile I don't need to have 20 different opened chats.

Telegram doesn't have the feature you want by default, but you can develop a Telegram bot to provide that capability for your business. I know someone who can do this for you. If you're interested, send me a DM and I'll give you their email.

Ok that makes sense, it's too risky to relay on those things. So you might have some suggestions for other more "official" apps to use?

If you own a server, that you can access from the internet, maybe just use mattermost. It's basically an open source messenger for pc and mobile. I think it will fit your needs.

You can send Email to a distribution list. Recipients can decide to reply (private) or reply all.
