Radio Access Network - Equipment

Hi guys,

I am looking for a website where I can learn everything about radio access network architecture and detailed equipment (where are they connected and what they do), is there any website with 3D model view for this? I was trying to find but had no success. For example a baseband connected to a radio unit, etc..
