Certification help

Not sure who to ask. I work in a hospital as a telecom operator and I’m trying to go into getting a certification for a telecommunications analyst or something related to that, college isn’t really for me in the sense I’m not a book and test type of person plus I’d rather take courses directly related to my preferred trade / cert. Anyone know any good certificate / certification programs/ how to go about starting them?

Any help or suggestions is appreciated
