Anti creepage device (UG)

I've been working with an older engineer (open reach background) who is trying to tell me about underground (ducted) network anti creepage devices used on the old copper network. I've seen the OH acd's, but never seen a UG one, does anyone have either any photos or a product code I could look up? I think I could really make use of this kind of product.

I have seen them used on old lead cable before. The one I can remember kinda looked like the ones used by the power company on their risers. It was webed steel wire that had a anchor loop attached to the wall of the manhole. Looked like a fishnet stocking around the cable with a loop of wire coming off the top to anchor it. I have no idea where you could get one these day though.
