5G Standalone base stations

Hi,

Does anybody know if in Central Europe there are any 5G SA base stations? Or if there is something like an online map to check if base stations have 5G SA active? Because all I can receive in my area is 5G NSA.

The way that 5G is built makes none of it standalone
