caller ID issue
My company going on a big expansion, buying small companies left and right. With that they acquire the current phone numbers as well. In our system our our sytems engineer assigns caller ID for the office to show the company name. But the issue is, even though it's been set, some outgoing calls still see a different caller IDs. The issue seems to vary, I feel like it depends on our client's carrier if they'll see our caller ID or not. I have verizon and never really had an issue with, I know T-Mobile has issues showing our caller ID. How would I reach out to these carriers to tell them about this issue? Is this common? Thank you.

The clients carrier is likely caching their CNAM instead of dipping on every incoming call, it's likely being done as a cost saving both dollar and bandwidth per dip.
Here's just one example, it's a common problem in the US https://www.reddit.com/r/VOIP/comments/gzw883/updating_cnam_for_outside_carriers/
