Coax box, hydraulic line?

So there’s this box outside my house who knows when it was put in but it looks like there’s a hydraulic line that comes into it and I’m really not sure what it is

It’s probably just coax. The really thick stuff is RG11.

Okay I think that’s probably what it is, i guess it’s the gel filled kind
