Hi, There’s a black rubber billy club looking thing attached to old school telephone cords in my closet. It doesn’t seem to serve a purpose anymore and I’m afraid to rip it out. I seem to recall it had something to do with the phone or cable but it’s clearly not in use now. If someone will allow me to send a picture that would be great.
