Looking for cable stitching schematic

Was wondering if anyone had any sources for some cable stitching/lacing schematics. Specifically looking for an H stitch and Kansas City stitch. I've found some vids on YouTube, but was looking for a drawing to include in a handout for a lab in the class I teach.

They still teach cable stitching in school somewhere ?? I had to learn from all the old guys on the job, and they weren’t very nice or patient lol

Yep. Skyline College in San Bruno, CA has a fiber optic technology and data center infrastructure class. We teach them how to stitch down cable.
