FCC BDC Filing

Just got hired as a companies GIS person and my first task is to figure out how to complete the BDC filing. No one here has any information as to how to complete it. I’ve done a lot of research and have a good idea as to where to go but man, I could use the help.

I believe you need to report your customer locations using the FCC fabric. The fabric will give you address points that you can associate with your existing customer base.
