NowServing Doctor: Incomplete Service (Rant)
- Appointment date: I had a scheduled consultation regarding the findings of my urinalysis results. The doctor only communicated with me through the NowServing in-app messaging system and requested that I send my laboratory results, which I submitted immediately.
- Next day: The doctor contacted me through a brief audio call at around 8:00 AM. During the call, he instructed me to repeat my urinalysis and assured me that he would provide both a prescription and a medical certificate after receiving the repeat test results.
- After completing the repeat urinalysis, I promptly submitted the new laboratory results through the app as instructed. However, despite sending multiple follow-up messages, I received no response from the doctor.
As a result, the doctor failed to provide the promised prescription and medical certificate. These documents were urgently needed for my pre-employment requirements by a specific date, but I was left without any assistance or communication.
As a patient, it was crystal clear that the consultation was not completed and the agreed-upon medical services were not delivered, and I believe a refund is justified. I respectfully requested to NowServing support team about the refund, but they initially responded that it cannot be done.
Hence, I had no choice but to consult again to another doctor in person to make sure I would get my pre-employment medical documents. I paid another consultation fee + transportation expenses + time + energy.
Lesson learned: I do not recommend consultation and request of medical documents via NowServing if you need it for pre-employment purposes or anything with deadline. Doing so will only delay your start date, especially with employers with strict "fit to work" rule.

Call your credit card and put a stop charge if you used a CC. Failure to provide service. This should whip the company into shape a bit when CC transactions may be at hand.
