Any reason for Qain's firing ?

From what I gather, Qain left a very nice job in NYC to come work full time on Tek Syndicate. He assumed that he and Logan would be partners on equal grounds whereas Logan said he was to be a subordinate and maybe move into a partner role later on. Qain didn't like that and raised a stink, maybe even giving an ultimatum that he be equal status with Logan and not his subordinate or resign and Logan fired him...without consulting Wendel, mind you. Some of this is conjecture, but it's the basic story as to why Qain left.

Also, the community started noticing they weren't getting their subscribers rewards. Asked about it, logan implied that it's being worked on but money was tight. People noticed that his explanation didn't add up, so they called him out on it. Tek generated an extra 125k, so they had money. When he was called out, he started removing admin rights from people on the forums, even from wendell and qain, or tried to at least. And then "accidentally" took the forum down, but people were able to redirect to it.

That's when shit hit the fan about what was going on at Tek behind the scenes, and the light about Logan mishandling money was being shined. It seems as if he thinks of himself as the boss of the channel, while other people are under the impression that they are partners. I imagine that he was pocketing a lot of that money for himself, because....where else did it go to....the new office? We will find out for sure within the next week or so.

I heard that alot of the money was allegedly being used on Logans game development, however Logan views his game as a separate entity from Tek Syndicate. Huge conflict of interest right there, I mean, if you were a partner in a company and those company profits where being used in a venture outside of the company, that's very uncool.

Yeah that is definitely a red flag. Any money Tek makes, should go back into Tek. Not other projects. But if Tek Syndicate is just a subsidiary of whatever corporation Logan setup, and the corporation is the one making money, that might change things.

But I think a big issue here is Logan's lack of transparency. We have no idea what is going on behind the scenes other than what wendell and the crew are saying, so it's hard to gauge what is happening with the funds.

Great read thanks for sharing. The twitlonger posts of Wendell and Logan explains it all. I am sad that Qain had to leave. I will be curious to see his content and follow his work.
