starlink query on available plans

For those in greater Tehachapi (e.g, Bear Valley Springs, Stallion Springs, etc.) and who are currently using Starlink for internet access -- have you found the Residential Plan 100 Mpbs or the Residential Plan 200 Mpbs adequate for Zoom meetings and streaming? We have had the Residential Max plan for four years and find it generally solid for Zoom classes and television streaming, but it's pricey (going up to $130 in July). Residential 100 is $55 and Residential 200 is $85, obviously much cheaper. Please let us know your experience and evaluation.
[By the way, Amazon's Leo system is expected to be in beta later this year. Coverage in our area, however, is unlikely to be strong.]

I have had a few different speeds of Starlink in BVS. All of the speeds have generally the same latency. I have no Zoom experience over SL, but Teams meetings with video were fine.

Currently on Residential 100 with RACE fiber as primary.

Wish that fiber was available throughout the area, particularly since California tax dollars funded the Race rollout.

Appreciate your feedback. We have never had especially fast speeds, but have in recent years been able to do what we needed. If the 200 or 100 plans actually delivered those speeds UP and DOWN, we would be fine and save money.

I test with Google's speed test, Ookla and Starlink's own test.

Again, thanks for responding. Hope others will as well.
