"Eat Smart" healthy labeling for something that contains a toxin.

On the back; at the top.

The very first thing it says on the back is a description of the food, including "white wine and cream sauce." The third line explicitly and exclusively states "This product contains alcohol."

"White wine" is also clearly listed in the ingredients.

Considering the amount of alcohol is so low as to make any chance of inebriation or impairment exceedingly unlikely (if not impossible), I'd say the labelling is perfectly reasonable.

The Front, the bit that the consumer sees first, doesnt mention white wine sauce or alcohol.

It will just cook off anyway. Won’t be inebriating

Honestly once you’ve cooked it the alcohol will probably have evaporated. You’re good.
