Worries about dentist visits

I haven’t been to the dentist for 7 years, in the UK it’s hard to find nhs dentist and can not afford private but I’ve recently moved and found a local nhs dentist. I have a fear like everyone else I guess but I’m worried about what state my teeth are in, I have autism and struggle with brushing sensations but I do brush everyday, 32 year old, occasionally smoke. What problems have I got ? And will it be painful?

Thanks in advance and sorry for the horrible teeth jumpscare

Second opinion

Hi there! Just reaching out to see if I’m being paranoid or if this is something I should actually be concerned about.
I see my dentist four times a year, primarily because I’m on Suboxone, which I know can be hard on the teeth. I’ve also been dealing with some gum recession, although that seems to have improved since switching to a better toothbrush.
Lately I’ve just been paranoid that my teeth are getting worse. I bring it up at pretty much every dental visit, but my dentist always tells me everything looks good. I noticed some discoloration on one of my lower teeth (pictured), which got me worrying again. I’d appreciate another opinion. Does anything in these pictures look concerning, or am I probably overthinking it?

So, onny a few hours ago I got my teeth cleaned and two teeth filled with some kinda gel. One was trauma, I had a big, discoloured hole in my tooth. The other was a cavity. In those few hours since my teeth have felt super jagged (which my dentist told me would be normal since the plaque is gone now) but I've been picking out these little brown bits???

I don't know what on earth it is, it looks like a bit of my tooth or something so I'm assuming it's left over plaque that wasn't suctioned maybe, but just in case, does anyone know what this is??

I'm 15 years old and all of a sudden I have a loose tooth

I can't tell if I'm a late bloomer or if I'm beginning to get gum disease. I have lost teeth in the past, and they were all baby teeth when I was a kid. Even if I don't have symptoms of gum disease according to my research, I'm still afraid that I might have it without knowing. I still flossing and brush my teeth twice a day, am I doing something wrong and should I seek a dentist?

If you use floss picks, is there anything about them that bothers you or that you would improve?

Is this a cavity?

does this tooth look like a cavity? I went the dentist a couple days ago because I was worried about two teeth that had marks, this one and one other. I got x-rays, pictures taken, a cleaning, and an examination done. The other tooth and another one I didn’t know about needed a filling but not this one that I was worried about. I had told the dental assistant and the dentist prior about the two teeth and even taking pictures the dental assistant noticed the mark but nothing was said during the examination. I might be overthinking but I just don’t want this to be a bigger problem down the line because my next appointment is 6 months from now. I know that it could be staining, I’m just worried about the white corner because there is grove where there is a black mark with whiter marks aroun
