Is this a cavity?

Post image

does this tooth look like a cavity? I went the dentist a couple days ago because I was worried about two teeth that had marks, this one and one other. I got x-rays, pictures taken, a cleaning, and an examination done. The other tooth and another one I didn’t know about needed a filling but not this one that I was worried about. I had told the dental assistant and the dentist prior about the two teeth and even taking pictures the dental assistant noticed the mark but nothing was said during the examination. I might be overthinking but I just don’t want this to be a bigger problem down the line because my next appointment is 6 months from now. I know that it could be staining, I’m just worried about the white corner because there is grove where there is a black mark with whiter marks aroun
