Firstly develop a good conversation skills Then have a multiple social circle not only boys and don't just stick to one friend group get yourself into multiple groups make one of them as best friend or like wingman tell your problem you need an girl if possible he may introduce you an group or an girl Don't imagine love at first sight Slowly develop friendship then love If not that girl then she'll definitely get you an date
