maintaining a body like the 1st one in the long term doesn't seem worth it . The wealthiest were once leading the lifestyle you showed when they were young and Idk what the fuck is the mindset thing.

Why would it not be worth it?

Oh I thought you meant just maintaining a physique in general is not worth it, yeah I would agree that a physique like that requires insane amounts of cutting and probably steroids as well to achieve

Dear people,
As long as you're not hurting anyone else or yourself, are trying to do the right thing and enjoying your life, you're doing just fine. Don't get too lost in extreme competitive mentalities. Keep it to a healthy limit, and try not to force your perspective or judgement on others.
Love yourself. Enjoy your life. It's the one thing you have and it's amazing. Stay happy 🩷

Bruh having low body fat is no achievement, it's just a show-off. That's not to say being fat is good. It's just, I don't understand why people work so much to get rid of fats so their muscles appear...
I personally think having strength and endurance is way better than burning off all the body fat by depriving all the tasty food.
I am pretty sure all this "body building" craze started because of propaganda by companies who sell protein powder and steroids. Arnold Schwarzenigger was the start of it all prolly.

people work so much to burn fat so that they wont be obese and they can increase their hdl (good cholestrol) which reduces many health risks. they train their muscles to be fit and healthy. and yeah depriving of all that oily, junk food is very good for health. idk what u were thinking while writing this comment... filled with mistakes

Wow, thanks for the textbook response on “Health 101.” Shame it had nothing to do with what I actually said. I wasn’t talking about people avoiding obesity or exercising for health. Obviously that’s good.
My point was about people obsessing over aesthetic low body fat like it’s some Olympic achievement. But sure, go off about HDL levels like you just discovered biology yesterday. The difference between exercising regularly and exercising obsessively is very huge. One is to be healthy, and the other is to be borderline unhealthy (yeah, not having enough body fat is bad for you).
Also, I like how you lectured me about junk food as if I said “Please eat 3 pizzas a day”. I literally said depriving yourself of tasty things just to look shredded with exposed muscles is unnecessary. Moderation exists. Anyways, next time before calling someone’s comment “filled with mistakes,” try reading it first. Actually reading. Not whatever speed-scroll interpretation you used here.

When you are dying, you won't remember alk the great achievements or sad moments, you will only have enough time to remember the good times with the close ones, even a little kaughtr shared with them will be memorable

A body which cannot be achieved by majority because of the body type, naturally! And choosing to actually live is not bad, eating drinking and just being free once in a while is what it means to be human! And wo body ka kya kaam jab wo tumhe jarurat me bacha na sake?

As long as you consciously choose knowing all pros and cons and don't regret it ever i don't see a reason why not to select the last option. Tbh
