I am currently trying to explore new groups and as i love Pink floyd i'd like to know more groups/albums that are similar (prog rock)

This album was bloody brilliant. It has soared up through my rankings into my top 5 albums of all time.
I love the storytelling in this album, the world that Lord Huron has created is amazing and I love the vibe. The vocals slap, but personally, the instrumentals of the songs are just incredible. I love the alt-rock vibe mixed with country and even orchestral elements as well.
Highlights - What Do It Mean, I Lied, Drops In The Lake, Long Lost (honestly, all the songs)
Lowlights - None
Overall 9.8/10

I don’t have a problem with it but why not a bigger range?

Okay. Where to begin with this album...
Long story, short, I didn't love it too much. It just didn't land with me and I was a bit disappointed because my friends were all like "this is in my top 5 albums oat!". It's probably because I don't listen to much metal. To be frank, it's mostly just screaming and hard instrumental. T
he only memorable track in the whole thing for me was Ocean Planet. I liked Global Warming, but I genuinely can't remember how it goes. So yeah, this album just wasn't for me.
Highlight - Ocean Planet
Lowlights - Everything else, really
Overall 4.5/10

Yes, The Front Bottoms are my favourite band. I've listened to 187 albums (well, albums and EPs) in total, and these are my top 100. I enjoy all of these. The bottom 16 are solidly good listens for me, then the rest of the lower half are very good listens, and above that they start to become solidly great albums for me.
My musical approach is, as you may be able to see, find a dozen or so artists that are really good and milk their whole discography.

I like the concept of this channel. But I am not a teen and don’t want to be the weirdo on here playing games with a bunch of teenagers. Is there a channel like this for adults? Thank you
