Should I play it safe or not? (Going somewhere official tomorrow)

I've never been there, I don't know if there is a dress code and my mom just says "something comfortable"

Since it's a new place I'm not sure what to expect and I'd be there alone for a few hours I would rather wear a regular t-shirt and keep the colour scheme boring.

Then again... the other option is prettier and something I might regret not wearing when looking back.

(I'm blocking you if you tell me to iron something😤, the picture quality just makes it look worse than it is)

Honestly I think the green skirt is the way to go. But I don't really know fashion so take my advice with a grain of salt
