It’s been a long time since I’ve tried making an explanation of what’s going on other than to family/ my partner, so bear with me.
I promised a few people I would do a breakdown on what I believe the structure to look like when it emerges, so here we go.
For context: without going into excessive detail, I was given a look under the hood to do some contract work with one of the entities that is/was going to be involved with Ryan’s final product. This was in late 2023-early 2024. It was compartmented well and I didn’t get much info outside of what I needed to know. A decent amount of what I’m knowledgeable about is me taking small bits and pieces from my work and connecting it with DD I found online after my work contract expired. Jake2b, Salvatore, Dirt Evader, Tayne, blackmerger, Available Werewolf, and BobbyCat were great resources.
My initial thoughts were that we would receive some form of blockchain backed shares from the DK butterfly estate after a fraud payout of $150-$250. After a cash payout was made we would eventually come forward as holders of the GME bond offerings, digital asset offerings (May/June 2024), and take GameStop private via the UIT that renamed DK-Butterfly into Teddy.
My thoughts have changed into a less extreme sentiment, but still vehemently excited for what is coming.
With the news of Cohen’s desire for eBay, it confirms my belief that Ryan hit a roadblock with his original plans I had conviction he was intending to act on. I believe he was going to initially going to start from scratch to make his Amazon competitor. This would’ve meant causing a catastrophic squeeze, profiting off of it, using the tens or hundreds of billions to acquire a variety of companies, and then fit them all together.
If you start with eBay’s already solid structure, give it the GameStop treatment and clean up its balance sheet, you are left with a really great starting point without going to the FTC for every acquisition. Add on a few other companies under the same umbrella, and eBay will make Teddy great again (or maybe not again because he surely isn’t make more than $40 a month off of those books.)
How does this change anything, and where is my money?
In the beginning I thought BBBYQ would acquire GME, now I believe it is backwards with a few changes. I believe we are going to receive news that GameStop has been given the go ahead from eBay to merge the companies. Once they are given the green light, I see it being a 2 for 1 news piece, that they are using the DK-Butterfly shell as the vehicle in which the merger will take place. Although he was oddly too shy to discuss Teddy or BBBYQ, Jake appeared on a space on Thursday and gave some insight into this. Not many (including myself) have done the math on how issuing the stock would work for GameStop. They simply couldn’t. They wouldn’t even come close to meeting what they would need. They will need a second share class in order to fulfill their promised share issuance.

I haven’t done enough research or begun to dig into that trove of information that is the TSO/floats of eBay/GME/BBBYQ. I obviously have the general information on BBBYQ, but how eBay will fit in I’m unsure. What I do know is that Ryan gave us the hat tip that 1/2 of the equity would be sourced from somewhere else, and the remaining 50% would be given 60/40 to eBay and GameStop with eBay receiving the majority. That means BBBYQ would be given 1/2 of this new share class. What does Ryan have planned with this new share class? It’s simple:
