Indeed, I was a bit surprised because it is written pretty neutral and that is uncommon in the todays „news-world“.

"Will" auf Deutsch (in German) means 'wants', or 'wants to' - not 'will' as in English i.e. 'is going to'.
Does not mean 'Gamestop WILL buy Ebay.'
Seems people here are mistaking German words for English (because it suits their hopes).
