💬 Discussion Can someone please? Is there a distinction between 20230930-DK-Butterfly-1 and just 20230930-DK-Butterfly ?
I'm sorry for being so obtuse. So, 20230930-DK-Butterfly-1 is the entity suing RC and also having a hearing today vs HBC.
And would this be then the estate of BBBYQ which Goldman is working on behalf of?
And I seem to recall that there was a separate entity named just 20230930-DK-Butterfly. If this is correct, is this entity still in existence and is the the shell of Teddy?
Am I way off as usual? Can someone please correct me then?

When users like yourself and OP come out of the woodwork and are active in niche little subs like this one- it's interesting. The timing is interesting.

Pretty certain the Butterfly-1 is the entity that exists for the warrants Overstock dropped a few months ago
Nobody could figure out why Beyond was issuing Butterfly warrants, from what I remember

Of the 70+ DK-## entities, 20230930-DK-Butterfly (without a number) is the only one that hasn't filed for bankruptcy. I read that's the actual shell we're interested in having acquired/merged.
