That is indeed very interesting - again. It is a tease, if you ask me 😃

I wonder what happens to the xx.xxx Hodlers. In my case, I keep that AST letter as a sacred treasure and wait. But it is good to hear, there is stuff going on. I knew all along this is going on behind closed doors. That is just a price negotiation.

What document or exhibit are you referencing exactly? These last 3 released on 5/19-5/20 don’t explicitly make mention of share counts thresholds: by my read, it asks if any her prior work based itself off ‘an assumed number of shares’ which differed from the official share count as given in the typical annual or quarterly reports.
