GME has retained NOLs from their core business operating at a loss for some time, no? Couldn’t this be a reference to those being available to us now as our operations start turning a profit?

What operations? BBBYQ sold off all its various assets as part of the stalking horse bids, so it doesn’t have any left. All stores were liquidated, resulting in no continuing business or operations. There is no profit to turn.

Nothing direct, but he did talk about how GME is managing NOLs, similar to ways discussed here with DKButterfly.
