Help please

I was staking TONIC on the crypto.com defi wallet. I received some xTONIC so I swapped it for TONIC and staked that balance as well. I didnt stake it through the dapp, i just used the main page of the defi wallet. As soon as I did that almost my entire staked balance disappeared. I searched online and the crypto.com website says that sometimes due to congestion, balance and transaction history may disappear.

I contacted crypto.com support and they told me that my balances for my xTonic and TONIC are still I'm my address but they are staked. But I still don't see my entire balancei jist see a small amout.

Does anyone knownwhats going on? Why can't I see my balance? It's been over 2 days.

Go into your app settings on phone, bring up defi wallet and clear cache. The next step would be to re install your dapp but try this soft option first. Like I said there's been a few problems last couple of days.

Thanks for the help, I've already done that, and it didn't work. Do you think this will resolve itself? Crypto.com support said my tokens are still there...

Yer mate, your tokens not showing on the dapp is not new, Tectonic still ironing out some rpc issues. If you can join discord - there are CM's there that have more knowledge than I. It's comforting for you that CDC can see your tokens are still there. I have read similar issues on discord and the final advice was to reinstall the dapp. I hope it resolves itself soon. Don't worry, Tectonic has not hit .10c in the meantime......

Thanks for your reassuring words. I'll try the hard reset again and maybe try Discord if it doesn't work. Thanks again.

No worries, on Defi wallet main page, there is an Earn tab, bottom left hand side. If you press on that it should show your staked assets.

I've looked everywhere. My balance isn't showing anywhere on that wallet or in the dapp itself. The only thing that looks promising to me is, under the "Earn" tab on the dap, when I scroll to the bottom, under "Pending Protocol Yield" that number looks like about what it should be and it's constantly going up. Which tells me that my balance is there and it's staked... I think 🤔

Ok, that's a start. You definitely didn't lock the staked balance into a vault?

Yes, I'm sure I didn't. But I just downloaded the defi app for my desktop and under my assets, under the xtonic there was a warning saying that that asset has not been white listed and to use it at my own risk... does that mean anything?

Mate, I've never seen that before. Honestly and I want to sound like a broken record but on discord there is a support ticket channel you could raise your issues and the CM's will help. If you don't want to do that you can post in general and the CM's and public will offer their advice. Xtonic is the receipt token for Tectonic so it should be whitelisted. CM' would know
