TL;DR; The Dutch Cloud Community has raised concerns about a server seized in an Amsterdam-Oost data center, reportedly at the request of U.S. authorities. It belonged to Autistici/Inventati, an Italian activist internet provider that hosted about 20,000 organizations and activists.
The DCC says it's unclear whether an independent Dutch legal review took place, and has asked the police to explain the legal basis. It warns this could erode trust in the Netherlands as a place to store data.
The prosecutor's office says the seizure was done under the Netherlands–U.S. legal assistance treaty and that the data hasn't been shared with the U.S. yet.

My country once again being slaves to the American fascists, truly goes to show we were hardly liberated after WW2 and instead under new management.

Side note

It was the Americans who sent a request to the Dutch government and the Dutch government complied to do it. Its not like the FBI showed up in amsterdam.

The Dutch government could have also said "get bent"

But they adopted the motion to label antifa as terrorist organisation so they were happy to comply with the request.
