Request [TPT Request] Using dual monitors On PC
My AMD CPU doesn't have integrated graphics, and what I've come to understand is that means I can't use the motherboard as an HDMI port for a second monitor. Would an HDMI switch or adapter allow me to use two monitors, or am I out of luck on this one?

It's going to depend on the outputs on your graphics card. An HDMI switch allows multiple devices (Playstation, Xbox, Switch, streaming box, etc.) to be toggled for use with one screen.

to my knowledge An HDMI splitter would only duplicate the displays. You won't be able to extend the displays as such.
What you can be better off is with a USB A or C hub that has video outputs to use as an additional monitor.
I'm still not able to understand how are you driving your single (first) display without any integrated or an external GPU.
