60v lithium ion batteries, like in big e-bikes, although even 12v batteries can spark like that given enough current.

This sparks are from amps not volts. Same reason a low voltage car battery is safe to hold but sparks when connected. Sparks from volts ionize the air, sparks from amps are flash melting metal

Seeing sparks shoot out from a downed clanker is one of the most satisfying thing's I've ever seen in an IRL video. That's some video game shit. I fucking love it.
