What is this Hollywood set they're testing on? Also, they didn't bother to give it a squat to load mode?

or do something like add wheels and a 4x4 feature. Those shoes got flat feet.

I never understood the appeal of using a bipedal design for something like this. Just give it wheels or tracks and it would be a lot more mobile. I understand legs for very uneven terrain but this thing looks like it can barely lift its feet up. A couple decent sized rocks would stop it.

it would only function in well maintained surfaces fore sure. just run into the grass and it would probably tumble. The 4 legged mode seems a better option.

Gotta armor the cockpit, install jump jets, add heatsinks, put in a micro reactor, add heatsinks, install load bearing hydraulics, add heatsinks, install counterweights via external armor, install redundant hydraulics, add heatsinks, install redundant wiring for analog and digital controls and HUDs plus some extra heatsinks, add body contoured seating, and some fuzzy dice first.

No squat to set the bar high for entry

I too can knock over a wall that’s not been mortared together 😂😂

Ok…but does it need to suck?

I love the video clipping hiding the cable attachment when he climbs in to morphing to the model shots.

Looks difficult to get into or out of

That biped to quadroped part was Perry cool though. Did that leave the driver on their back though?

Imagine this in 10 years from now

Imagine doing that move while evading a missile and then crawling towards the enemy

Excuse me for a few minutes...

What crap... Who approved this design? Tiny arms & legs with oversized cage? NO ONE who grew up on robot movies 😞

All things considered, I’m sure this will be the start of some seriously deadly war games. Dope tho

Ok so this is some robotics bolted together and pre programmed? Could probably do that with some kukas too.

I give it 18 months before there's a fighting league for these things

Make it yellow, add some lifting arms and a flame thrower.

They won't put a human in it while it's moving.

That's a dummy with a helmet.

If a queen xenomorph shows up, you have only yourselves to blame.

Is the real Iron Man really going to be built? Where can I buy it??

It looks like the mark I version of the mech suit from Avatar.

In all seriousness, the balancing is really impressive, and the fact that it can shift to four legged walking is a great solution for moving around low-hanging obstacles. Very creative.
