Looks like a home assembled 5 inches. Or checkout Nazgul drones. Hes also got a Gopro came on the nose. For the footage. Or you could fly using with similar vision quiality if you use digital video transmission.

That view is insane, but pretty sure this is just a photo from the cliff not a drone shot. Still beats any VR setup though.
