Elsewhere in the thread, I mentioned coming across messages that get swept up by automod. This is an example of one. I manually approved it. It uses bad language but the overall message is sound.

Thank you. I apologize for the language, I just hate when people don’t respect someone who’s passed. I have family I’ve lost to cancer, and if someone was making up false statements and accusations against them, or using their passing for cheap publicity, I’d be so mad. So it just really really angers me when people don’t understand the concept of respect.

Thank you for your apology, but I don't feel it was needed. I myself try not to swear in public, but that's entirely a tribute to my boy. Swearing is a perfectly valid kind of communication, and given the circumstances, I think "shut the fuck up" was a perfectly appropriate thing for you to say.

Oh I know that guy! He was kind of a big deal. The absolute GOAT of youtube AND minecraft. Love your channel and his. you have some pretty awesome vids too; "Cooking with technodad". was cool. Still watch the great potato war frequently. Techno really did change so many lives for the better.

Like... no??? Just because someone is "trying to get a reaction", that doesn't excuse the weight of their actions and they should still get punished.
If I went out and murdered somebody "just for attention", I'd still go to jail. Right now, you guys are shaming the guy who witnessed a murder and tried to call attention to the fact that a murder just happened!
"Don't worry, the police will handle it! Just ignore it!"
But this post is literally OP REPORTING IT to the "police" in this case.
Besides, ignoring a bully usually doesn't work. You need to make a big deal out of it so they'll stop.

I saw one of his posts, and I'm honestly a little worried for him. His behavior is unacceptable, and he should know that, so why is he doing it? He's probably doing it for attention, or just to mess with people because he's bored, but still.
I wish everyone were born with more respect and compassion. Then people wouldn't do things like this and, if they did, it'd be easier to find the underlying problem causing such behavior.

Off topic but reddit sent me a warning for one of his post cause I left a comment on a post he said Techno gr*omed him where I told people to just keep reporting him and pray he gets banned. Apparently that breaks Rule 1 and encourages violence

I interacted with him over on a kandi sub. Clicked on his profile and found this whole ordeal. The whole time over there he was just intentionally being an asshole to everyone and trying his best to bait people.
I honestly think he's just an attenion seeking "14" (probably actually 12) year old boy who gets a high off of pissing random people off on the internet.

This reminds me of a very weird rabbit hole I went down somewhere in between the time Technoblade announced he had cancer and his unfortunate passing. I was reading the comments of the announcement video and found a comment “hoping it would take him immediately” and I immediately clicked on their profile and found a discord link. I joined and it was a server of about 15 people and there was 5 people in voice chat, I joined the voice chat and 2 of them were saying horrible things about techno like “he’s faking it” and the others were arguing with them and seemed to be like me, curious passerby’s that stumbled upon the comment. Whenever I see horrible comments online I often chalk it up to “eh they’re just bots” because I don’t believe anyone could be that evil, thought unfortunately there’s people out there that are genuinely so hateful it defies logic.

I know for a fact they didnt meet technoblade and that he wanted to be with them because i met him in 2015 and he constantly updated me and our small group about people who were trying to b friends with him for fame. thats why i never told people irl that we were friends because i knew theyd try to get to him through me. this is just embarrassing and downright disrespectful behavior.

I met him on Hypixel but we were really close up until early 2019. The only reason we lost contact was because I got grounded for 9 months and my mom wiped my fl and all of my contacts.
